ARUS is web-based market data analysis software (SaaS) for crypto asset traders. Our line of business is providing software and software subscription services, not trading assets.

ARUS's main features include footprint charts (volume by price, bid vs ask), Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD), an order book heatmap (limit-order liquidity), a live tape / time & sales with a large-trade (whale) filter, plus liquidation and open interest data from exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, and OKX.

The benefit: you can see how orders actually flow through the market — who is aggressively buying or selling and where liquidity is clustered — so your analysis is better informed. Every trading decision remains entirely yours.

Is ARUS a legal service?

ARUS is operated by PT Arus Teknologi Nusantara (Perseroan Terbatas (PT)), a company incorporated in Indonesia. Business licensing status: [Registered under NIB [NOMOR_NIB] / NIB registration in progress]. We conduct our business in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

ARUS only sells analysis software subscriptions. ARUS is not an exchange, not a broker, not a trading or forex service, not an investment product, and does not trade crypto assets. ARUS does not hold user funds or crypto assets, does not execute orders, and does not provide investment advice or buy/sell signals.

Any payment you make to ARUS is solely a software subscription fee in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

How do I subscribe?

1) Create an account on the Sign up page (email & password or Google). 2) Choose a plan on the Pricing page. 3) Click Pay. 4) Complete payment through the official payment gateway via bank Virtual Account, QRIS, e-wallet, or retail outlet. 5) Your subscription activates automatically once payment is confirmed, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

If anything goes wrong, activation is completed within 1×24 hours at the latest. Online payments are currently being prepared; you can already create a free account.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, under certain conditions: duplicate payment, successful payment but the subscription is not active for more than 1×24 hours, the service is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an ARUS system error, or a first purchase requested within 7 days of payment. Trading losses or results are not refundable.

Send your request to arusterminal@gmail.com with the subject "[REFUND] - Transaction ID". Review takes 3–5 business days, and funds are returned within 7–14 business days after approval.
